He is currently doing his PhD at the University of Granada on education and food science dissemination. He has carried out research stays in different international centers such as the Karolinska Institutet (Stockholm) and the University of Bristol.

He disseminate food science in different media, among them RNE, RTVE and in addition to having founded hir blog Mi Dieta Cojea.

He is a regular contributor to television and radio programs, currently advises content and participates in the RTVE and La Sexta programs.

He teaches lectures g at different universities. He is an educator and trainer of different organizations and non-profit entities.
