For the correct inscription in our courses and workshops, payment through bank transfer is necessary in advance to be able to book a spot. Information will be provided after the first email and there will be 48 hours available to make payment effective and send proof of it.
Our Personalised Consultation service will be paid from the first consultation, being able to opt for just one consultation or purchasing the 5 consultation bond.
Filling out our conformity form regarding personal data is absolutely mandatory to be able to start treatment, whether it be face-to-face and online. This is according to the Organic Law 15/1999. Our LOPD policy can be seen here.
All products and services acquired, like bonds or course inscriptions are non-transferable. If a payment is made for another person it should be notified immediately.
Appointments cannot be modified or cancelled during the 24 hours prior to them. In case of absence, it will have to be paid during the next consultation. Regarding people that have purchased a 5 visit bond, said visit will count as finished. Our bond has a duration of 4 months.
Course and event inscription regarding events organised by Aleris Center include the possibility of cancelling, as long as it is notified in the 15 previous days to the event.
